Of course, you can! Please call 020 3989 7900 to book a tour or email Childcare@b-together.com. We try to arrange tours around the flow of the day, so please propose a few times that work for you so we can accommodate. You are welcome to stop by for information at any time but tours must be booked in advance.
The nursery is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Drop-off is between 8 and 9am and collection starts from 4pm.
We close for Bank Holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.
Our day rate for the nursery is ÂŁ110 per day, if you book 5 full days, we offer a discounted rate of ÂŁ105 per day. We offer a 5% discount for siblings.
As we are an all-year nursery there is no need to re-apply termly, once you register your child has a place with us until your child leaves us for school.
Our Nursery fees include all meals, snacks, nappies and wipes. We just ask that parents bring their own milk formula if needed.
Yes. In order to staff the nursery regularly, there can be no refunds for sickness or holidays. Our fees are calculated based on 51 weeks of the year.
We accept Tax Free Childcare payments as well as Childcare Vouchers. Please discuss this with the nursery management team so that we can make sure all of the correct paperwork is in order before you start.
We like to speak to our parents on drop off and collection as well as staying in touch throughout the day through the Family App so that we can share insights and observations.
We have a lovely bijou outside space which encourages children to explore well managed risky play. We also enjoy regular trips to Saint John’s Wood Church Garden and Regents Park which are just a stone throws away from the nursery.
We have set changing times throughout the day; however, children will be changed as and when needed. We love to support children with potty training – when parents and carers are doing this at home, we can support you at nursery too. Your child’s key buddy will give more advice when the time comes.
We have excellent facilities where fresh and sustainable food is prepared daily for the children. All meals are made with a vegetarian base and meat can be added for those that want it. We have a very simple but effective traffic light system to support the nursery team with all dietary needs.
Make+Do is our bespoke education programme, created by Maggie Bolger and a team of like-minded experts – all uninspired by mainstream early years programmes. Led by a team of experienced energetic educators, our programme nurtures the natural development of children and inspires creativity through carefully planned activities. It’s about arming our little ones with the skills to flourish in a rapidly changing world and about appreciating our planet and finding ways to b_kind through our everyday choices.
We have a very effective settling in process which is done over 5 days. Throughout the whole process the need of the child is always put first, and we have a degree of flexibility to ensure that the children feel secure once the process is finished.
We are a 50-place setting accepting children from 12 months to 5 years.
The minimum session requirement is 3 days per week for every child. This gives them a chance to experience a full curriculum and all of the activities put together by the team. All children must book in for either a Monday or a Friday as a regular session, and then a further 2 or more consistent days.
Any changes to a booking pattern 6-weeks’ notice are required, if we can accommodate it sooner, we will. If you are wanting to leave nursery you will need to give 8 weeks’ notice.
If you attend the nursery, we will do our best to accommodate your child when plans change, and you need extra days. The more notice we have, the more likely we will be able to support you.
We use a fabulous nursery system called ‘Famly’ for our nursery management and to communicate with our nursery parents. There is also a brilliant mobile app, available on IOS and Android which will allow you to get direct updates on how your child is getting on.
We always try our best to support as many families as possible with any long- or short-term medical needs. With regards to sickness, we follow the public health guidance for staff and children. For Under 2’s our ratios are 1:3

You are welcome to bring your buggy or pram. We have a buggy park conveniently located just inside the nursery. Due to the available space only foldable buggies/prams can be left on site. Parents and carers are asked to fold them away and store them themselves.
