Covid-19
Last updated: 29.11.2021
Times are challenging for everybody, as Covid continues to impact us on a daily basis. In light of the latest announcement from HM Government, we have revisited our Covid 19 policy – the safety of all guests, members & our team continues to be our main priority.
We are using a combination of government guidelines and common-sense procedures, to help keep everyone safe. We ask for your support as we do our best to protect our b_together community:
Facemasks: Even though the new regulations are for face coverings to be worn in retail environments and currently not hospitality, we have taken the decision to ask our staff to wear them in all customer facing situations even if they are fully vaccinated. We would encourage you to do the same whilst moving about the spaces.
Keeping it clean: Enhanced cleaning will be in place, with regular cleaning of all contact points at specific and ad hoc times of the day. We have extended our turnaround time of tables, workspaces & classrooms to ensure we can thoroughly clean the space between uses. As well as carrying out regular cleaning during the day we have a team of overnight cleaners who deep clean the building from top to bottom.
Sanitising stations: There will be hand sanitising stations throughout the building for members and guests to use, as well as our lovely anti-bacterial hand wash in the loos.
Keep your distance: We kindly ask that all our adult club members continue to keep a respectful distance from each other and our team.
Although we offer members the opportunity to bring guests, we will be limiting non-member entry, so if you are looking to bring guests, in the short term would you call ahead and check on the capacity? This will help us ensure adults can keep a respectful distance and everyone feels comfortable and Covid secure in our space. Please make sure you book a guest visit as early as you can. Guests will need to register their contact details with us on entry.
Payments: We have made the decision to be cashless so please make sure you always have an alternative means of payment – we love contactless.
Bear with us: Due to self-isolation guidelines, we may at times find ourselves short of staff in our restaurant, club and nursery spaces. Unfortunately, this may mean some camps or activities cannot proceed as planned. Please bear with us during this challenging time. We will always do our best to ensure you don’t miss out.
Our whole team are regularly testing using lateral flow tests before coming in for their shifts and we have set up a robust internal track and trace communication strategy should anyone come into contact with someone with covid.
