The safety of all guests, members & our team is our main priority. We are using a combination of government guidelines and common sense procedures, to help keep everyone safe. We ask for your support as we do our best to protect our b_together community:
Facemasks: We kindly ask that you continue to wear a facemask while moving around in the public areas – please feel free to remove them while seated at a table, in co-working or in a class space. If you are not happy to wear a mask, please take a lateral flow test before coming to the club.
Our team will continue to wear facemasks unless they have a negative lateral flow test taken that day. Masks are not the easiest thing to work in work in and can make communication a little difficult – please be patient and listen to what they are saying so we can avoid any communication errors. We ask that all adult club members continue to keep a respectful distance from each other.
Health & Safety: We are part of the Safe to Trade scheme, and our managers have undertaken specific Covid training. We have also carried out a full risk assessment to ensure we are managing the risk to the best of our ability.
Our teams: We’ve adjusted our service processes to support distancing and enhanced cleanliness. All our teams will be receiving return-to-work briefings, taken through all-new processes in detail, given daily health checks and provided with enhanced protection.
Due to self isolation guidelines, we may at times find ourselves short of staff in our restaurant, club and nursery spaces. Unfortunately this may mean some camps or activities cannot proceed as planned. Please bear with us during this challenging time. We will always do our best to ensure you don’t miss out.
Sanitising stations: There will be numerous sanitising stations throughout the building, please sanitise your hands as soon as you enter the building, as well as regularly during your visit.
If for any reason a sanitising station is missing a sanitiser, please let a member of the team know, we will replace it immediately.
Hygiene: Enhanced cleaning will be in place, with regular cleaning of all contact points at specific and ad hoc times of the day. We have extended our turnaround time of tables, workspaces & classrooms to ensure we can thoroughly clean the space between uses.
As well as carrying out regular cleaning during the day we have a team of overnight cleaners who deep clean the building from top to bottom.
If you are feeling unwell: As much as we love to welcome you, we would ask that while feeling unwell you keep your distance for the safety of all our members.
Capacities: Although we offer members the opportunity to bring guests, we will be limiting non-member entry during peak times until further notice. This will help us ensure adults can keep a respectful distance and everyone feels comfortable and Covid secure in our space. Please make sure you book a guest visit as early as you can. Guests will need to register their contact details with us on entry.
Bookings: We are asking members and guests to pre-book a stay and play session at the club before you visit. This will help us manage numbers and ensure the club doesn’t become too full. It also means we can register everyone’s details should we need to enforce track and trace. You can book your session anytime via the app or via the membership team.
Payments: We have made the decision to be cashless so please make sure you always have an alternative means of payment – we love contactless.Back to top
