COOK 18 – 2.5yrs

We’ll be working with three types of cheese today and learning about just how different cheeses can really be! Along with some freshly diced onions, our soft, mouth-watering muffins will contain parmesan, cheddar and creamy cottage cheese. We’ll also be making our own crème fraîche with snipped green chives as a delicious accompaniment to dollop over our finished muffins.
Cheese is a great source of protein and calcium. It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus riboflavin and omega-3 fatty acids. Cottage cheese is loved by many for being low in calories, too.
