Today we’ll be cooking… Vegetable Spring Rolls with Dipping Sauce

How could the succulent spring roll be missed from any Chinese New Year feast? We will be celebrating with a delicious traditional recipe today. Every mini master chef will learn the art of assembling and rolling the perfect spring roll, before making a sweet and tangy dipping sauce to be served alongside. These spring rolls go down a treat so there probably won’t be ‘mush-room’ for any afters! Yes, mushrooms are our food hero today. This humble ‘fun-gi’ makes a nutritious meat alternative, and also provides us with the only plant-based source of vitamin D – crucial for keeping bones, teeth and muscles strong and healthy.

A grown-up must accompany little ones to this class, but on the booking, please only book your child in (10 class credits).

If you can no longer make the class, please let us know. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy – any class cancelled out with that window, will be charged.
