Gong Xi Fa Cai! Prosperity and joy to all in the new year! Today little ones will learn about Chinese New Year by participating in an adapted ‘Lo Hei’ activity. Lo Hei brings friends and family around the table and involves mixing and tossing ingredients to make a sensational slaw-style dish associated with luck and good fortune.
Our special Lo Hei will use a mix of colourful noodles, keeping our activity safe for all and oozing with oodles of fun. After tossing the ‘slaw’ and sharing a few well-wishes, little ones will decorate a simple ‘hongbao’ red envelope to bring home.
